Schedule a campus tour and get to know the University of Alaska Anchorage. The tour program is tailored toward prospective students who are interested in enrolling at UAA for the first time.
UAA tours are hosted by friendly student ambassadors and include a walking tour of both the east and west sides of the main campus. Campus tours provide an introduction to STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) and humanities programs including physical sciences, biological sciences, social sciences and languages in addition to engineering, business and health programs.
Students also have the option to tour UAA's on-campus living community and learn about campus housing and dining options.
Parking and Location
Tours meet at the University Hub (use the UAA Bookstore entrance).
Visitor parking is available throughout the campus lots and garages. Pay’n’Park visitor permits are required Monday-Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. on the main campus.
Permits are not required to park on campus Friday-Sunday, during interim periods between semesters, on holidays when there are no classes, or outside weekday enforcement hours. ADA accessible spaces, brown permit spaces, student housing lots, loading zones and lanes are enforced, as posted, year-round.
