Project Lead the Way alumni from the Anchorage School District can enter the UAA College of Engineering with up to 4 credits!
UAA’s College of Engineering is proud to partner with nationally recognized STEM program, (PLTW) and the Anchorage School District. In recognition of the rigor and content taught through PLTW’s K-12 Engineering curriculum, UAA’s College of Engineering now offers incoming students an opportunity to achieve college credit for taking PLTW courses along with prescribed math courses in high school. Required courses/credit options appear in the table below.

In order to receive credit for , students must have completed the following combination of PLTW/High School Math courses:

- Pre-Calculus
- *ENGR 105 A & B: Computer Aided Design I & Computer Aided Design II (2 Credits)

*Students may choose either ES 103 (3 Credits) or ENGR 105 A & B (2 Credits) depending
